Almost Canadian

At the end of August/beginning of September, I travelled to Vegas once again to finish off my summer internship. (If you’re interested, I wrote about the first trip here: Pondering Existence and Visiting the Strip.) I drafted a quick blog post with the intent to edit and publish it as soon as I got home.

It is now approximately a month and a half later. In my defense, I’ve been busy. There was the Vegas trip, then I went to the Great Lakes Herb Faire, and then I started a new job that I am slowly getting used to. In an attempt to get back to posting, I am going to avoid the editing process altogether and just share the photos without any of the context. In retrospect, these photos are probably only amusing to me; however, past me wanted to share them and so I am obliged to follow through.

Ok fine, here’s some context: My name is Melanie, not Meldoy, and I found this receipt amusing. Also for some reason they added a bun side? (I did not receive the bun, just the shake.)

And that, my friends, sums up my trip to Vegas. Now I can move on and procrastinate other things. Yay.
